Weekly Rental: Winter: $1500 Summer $1750
Monthly Rental: Winter: $5900 Summer: 6800 per month, 30 nights… includes 100 free miles per night. (Extra nights at $273 per night)
Reservation Deposit: Minimum $500 or 1/2 of the rental estimate whichever is greater. (necessary to secure reservation)
Security Deposit: Minimum $1000 (Pets, negotiable) *Refunded approx. 48 hours after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented. Final payment: Balance of reservation rental fees including security deposit must be paid-in-full 10 days in advance of
Insurance Fee:$20.00 per day or Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company
Mileage Charge: .45 per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.
Generator Charge: 5 hours per day free and then $3 per hour
Cleaning Charge: $350 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments. Or pre-arrange cleaning of outside for $100 and inside for $150
Pets: No large pets some pets negotiable $100 additional rental fee, plus an additional $500 on the security deposit.
Additional Charges: $50 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.
Fuel Tank: $50 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.
Housekeeping Kit: Housekeeping kit included. Linens not included but can be rented.
RV Rental Delivery Fee: $3 per mile Free delivery to San Luis Obispo airport (SBP) or Santa Maria Airport (SMX)
One Way RV Rental: $3 per mile if dropped off or picked up at a major airport
Notes: If cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the start of the rental $100 is forfeited. If cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the start of the rental dates, the entire rental deposit will be forfeited.
